If you have a 1Password account on a non-global domain (.ca, .eu), the Yubikey prompt will fail if it mentions a login to the global domain (.com) on a 1Password credentials entry.

Open Remote Desktop Manager

Create or select the 1Password entry and go to the properties.

Make sure that the selected region for the non-global domain of the 1Password account is the same as the global domain and that all the basic information is added to the configuration.

Click Add or Update to save the entry.
