Contacts

Use contacts to store details about people and services, and link them to other entries so you can centralize who should be reached during operations, incidents, and other scenarios. In Remote Desktop Manager, create contact entries for vendors, site owners, or on-call staff, then reference them from connections, credentials, or IT assets to save time during troubleshooting. You can add contacts interactively, import them in bulk, or automate updates with Devolutions PowerShell.
