Unable to export a data source

The exportation of a data source fails.

Solution

1. Open Remote Desktop Manager.
2. Go to the ribbon.
3. Validate that in Administration - System Permissions - Entries - Export is not set to Disallowed.
4. Click Ok to save.

   

5. Make sure that Allow reveal password for administrator and authorized users is checked in Administration - System Settings – Password Policy.
6. Click Save.
