The Salesforce Cloud dashboard entry allows for a centralized and streamlined management of your Salesforce threads without leaving Remote Desktop Manager. Among other functionnalities, the dashboard allows users to search for specific cases, filter for those to which they are assigned, open cases, and create threads and new messages.
