GeoIP security
The GeoIP security section enables administrators to restrict access based on the geographical location of IP addresses, enhancing security by allowing or blocking regions as needed.
Option
Description
GeoIP mode
None: Disables GeoIP security.
MaxMind: Uses MaxMind's GeoIP database to retrieve information such as the city, AS number, and other details associated with an IP address.
To connect, enter your MaxMind account ID and license key in the appropriate fields. Then, select the countries you want to allow access to your Devolutions Server. Please note that a GeoIP license is required.
