Does Devolutions Server include a client license of Remote Desktop Manager?
Devolutions Server does not include any client licenses.
Is Devolutions Server subscription-based?
Yes, Devolutions Server is subscription-based. You can subscribe for one (1) year or three (3) years at a time, giving you unlimited client connectivity for that period of time.
What if I no longer want/need a Devolutions Server? Is my data still accessible?
You need to renew your subscription agreement upon expiry. If you do not renew your subscription, access to your data will be limited to view only. That being said, you will be able to export your data if you choose to migrate to another type of data source than Devolutions Server.
Can I upgrade from a Remote Desktop Manager SQL server data source to Devolutions Server?
Yes, you can migrate your data from a Remote Desktop Manager SQL server data source to Devolutions Server. In the Devolutions Server Console, go to Server – New – IIS Web Server – Migrate SQL Data Source and follow the wizard.
