# Open response file

Open a response file in Devolutions Server Console to duplicate a saved configuration across multiple instances for load balancing or backup setups.

A response file can be used to set up multiple Devolutions Servers identically, either for load balancing or as a backup configuration.

By clicking on ***Open response file*** and selecting the correct **.json** file the saved configuration will be duplicated.
