Entry locked on edit

Users may occasionally encounter an issue in Devolutions Hub Business where an entry displays a Locked (Edit) status. This lock prevents further edits until it is revoked.

Only the user who locked the entry or an administrator can unlock it.

Solution

  1. Sign in to your Devolutions Hub Business account.

  2. Navigate to the vault and locate the locked entry.

  3. In the entry overview, find the green prompt indicating Locked for edit by me.

  4. Click the x next to the lock prompt to remove the locked status.
