Before configuring offline mode per user, you must first enable it at the system level.
Go to Administration – System settings – Users and set RDM offline mode to Read-only or ReadWrite.
Go to Administration – Users.
Click the edit pencil icon next to the user.
Go to the Settings tab.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Disabled | Offline mode is turned off for this user. |
| Cache only | The user can read cached entries but cannot make changes while offline. |
| Read-only | The user has read-only access to the entries. |
| Read/Write | The user can read and write entries while offline. |
Click Save.
A restart of Remote Desktop Manager may be needed to activate the offline mode.
