In Administration – Password policies, you define templates for the password generator, including length, character sets, and passphrase dictionaries, and choose a default policy plus optional enforcement for all users.
Policies can also include password expiration settings so entries inherit rotation intervals, which pair well with scheduled reports such as Password Analyzer, Expiring Entries, and Expired Entries. A typical configuration enforces a strong passphrase policy for administrative credentials and uses reports to ensure upcoming expirations are handled before they become risky.
