To share a complete webpage with the customer support team, follow the steps below.
Open the webpage in your browser.
Press
Ctrl + S. This will open the Save page window.Choose a location on your computer where you would like to save the file.
Save the page and all resources (HTML, CSS, images).
Locate the folder that contains the saved webpage files.
Right-click the folder, then choose Compress to – ZIP File.
A
.zipfile will be created in the same location.
Open your email client.
Compose a new message to the customer support team.
Attach the
.zipfile you created.Send the email.
Open the webpage in your browser.
Press Command
(⌘) + S.Choose a location to save the file.
Save the page and all resources (HTML, CSS, images).
Locate the folder that was created when you saved the webpage.
Right-click the folder.
Select Compress "Folder name" from the menu.
A
.zipfile will appear in the same location.
Open your email application.
Create a new message addressed to the customer support team.
Attach the
.zipfile you just created.Send the email.
