Enable SQL Azure with Entra ID with MFA

Follow these steps to properly enable an Azure SQL with Entra ID (MFA) in combination with Remote Desktop Manager:

1. Configure the Active Directoy Admin

2. Configure Remote Desktop Manager Active Directory Interactive (with MFA Support)

3. Configure Azure Directory user in Remote Desktop Manager
