Managing connection settings can be time-consuming, especially when applying the same configuration across multiple entries. Remote Desktop Manager Windows allows you to batch edit properties, including local resource settings such as hard drives, clipboard, or printer.
This method works for any connection type (RDP, SSH, VNC, etc.).
In Remote Desktop Manager, select View in the ribbon.
Click Search (magnifying glass icon), then choose Advanced search from the dropdown menu.
Set Connection type as a condition and choose the connection entry type you wish to manage. You can then add further details to narrow down the search, the important thing being that all entries share the same connection type.
Click Search to list all matching entries.
Select the entries you wish to edit then right-click and go to Edit – Batch edit.
Select Session type settings...
Check the Override checkbox in the sections you wish to edit and proceed with the configuration. Click Save for the changes to take effect.
