Remote Desktop Manager virtual channels are not allowed in restrictive environments

Virtual Channels

Virtual channels are communication pathways established between a client and a remote session to facilitate data transmission. Remote Desktop Manager uses three virtual channels for RDP sessions to jump and execute commands: RDMJump, RDMCmd and RDMLog.

These virtual channels can be restricted in environments where virtual channels are not allowed.

Solution

Exceptions must be created in environments to whitelist Remote Desktop Manager virtual channels.
