The Username and password entry is used to securely store and manage credentials that can be linked or shared across multiple entries.

| Name | Define the name of the entry. |
| Folder | Select the folder where this credential is stored. |
| Username | Enter the username for the entry. |
| Domain | Specify the domain used for authentication. |
| Password | Enter the password associated with the username. |
| Always ask for password | Enable this option to always prompt for the password. |
| Mnemonic password | Provide a hint that helps recall the password without revealing it. |
| Associated email | Specify the email address associated with the username. |
| UPN | Use an alternate identifier in user@domain format, often used in Azure or Active Directory environments. |
| Setting | Description |

| Key | Copy/paste the OTP key, or use the Load from image button to import it directly from a QR code screenshot. |
| Account | Type the account associated with the OTP. |
| Recovery codes | Use the recovery codes linked to the OTP key to regain access to the account when the OTP is unavailable. |
| Advanced | Open additional configuration options such as Time step, Number of digits and Hash algorithm (SHA-1, SHA-256, or SHA-512). These advanced settings allow compatibility with nonstandard OTP implementations. |
| Application | Define a descriptive name identifying the application that requires this OTP (e.g., Devolutions Portal). |
