Batch edit all connection entries

Managing connection settings can be time-consuming, especially when applying the same configuration across multiple entries. Remote Desktop Manager Windows allows you to batch edit properties, including local resource settings such as hard drives, clipboard, or printer. This method works for any connector type (RDP, SSH, VNC, etc.).

  1. Open Remote Desktop Manager.

  2. Navigate to the ribbon and select View.

  3. Click Search.

  4. Select Advanced search.

  5. Under Condition 1, set:

    • Field: Connector Type

    • Value: RDP, SSH, VNC, etc.

  6. Click Search to list all matching entries.

  7. Use Shift + Click or Ctrl + A to select all the filtered entries in the result list.

  8. Right-click on any selected entry.

  9. Navigate to EditBatch edit.

  10. Select Edit entry session type settings.

  11. In the Batch edit window, go to the Local resources tab (if available for that entry type).

  12. Set your desired configurations.

  13. Click Save.
