Devolutions Cloud URLs are generated automatically upon creation, with a default URL based on the chosen region. The URL is unrelated to the Devolutions Cloud name given during created, which is only used for display purposes (e.g., in Devolutions Portal and other Devolutions products).
When creating a new Devolutions Cloud workspace, the owner will receive an email and an in-app notification prompting them to change the URL.
Be careful when setting custom domain and subdomain names, as this action is irreversible.
To change the URL, follow these steps:

Head to Administration – Access and authentication.

Enter a custom domain name and subdomain name, click Set for both and accept the warning.
Setting a custom subdomain name requires a paid license.
Once customized, your Devolutions Cloud address should look something like this: https://<subdomain>.<domain>.domainextension/
