Tasks in Devolutions Server are lightweight work items that you assign to users and link to entries to track operational follow up. They can represent actions such as rotating a password, validating a connection, or updating documentation for a specific system.

Because tasks are stored centrally and associated with vault content, teams gain visibility into what needs to be done and who is responsible. A typical use case is creating a recurring task linked to privileged accounts to remind owners to review access or confirm that automatic rotation is working as expected.
