Login issues with Workspace

If the Workspace desktop app encounters issues loading vaults, the Account page, or connecting at all, one solution is to remove the Devolutions Server, Devolutions Hub Business, or Devolutions Hub Personal space and add it again.

  1. Click on the Menu button.

  2. Log Off from Devolutions Server. Log Off

  3. Press Add Space.

  2. Log Off from Devolutions Hub Business. Log Off

  3. Press Add Space.

  1. Click on the Menu button.

  2. Log Off from Devolutions Hub Personal. Log Off

  3. Press Add Space.
