Send application logs from the Workspace mobile app

If you contact our support, it is possible that they ask you for application logs. This topic covers how to send them.

Steps

  1. In the Workspace mobile app, tap the menu button.

  2. Go to the Settings.

    If a case is already open with our support department, it is greatly appreciated to add the case number in the subject of the email containing the logs.
