Quickly deploy Devolutions Hub Business

This guide walks you through the steps to quickly deploy and configure Devolutions Hub Business for your organization, so that you can access and manage your sensitive information from anywhere and with any supported web browser.

If you are using Remote Desktop Manager, you can create a Devolutions Hub Business data source by going to File Data source and clicking the Add a data source button (+ icon).

  1. In the Devolutions Portal, create your Devolutions Hub Business instance.

  2. In Devolutions Hub, head to AdministrationLicenses, and register a license.

  3. Then, configure your authentication method under AdministrationAuthentication.

  4. Create and invite users in AdministrationUsers. For quick and easy permission management, you can also assign users to user groups.

  5. In AdministrationPassword policies, define a password template for the password generator. Multiple templates can be created and then assigned to different users or user groups.

  6. Go to AdministrationVault, and create one or multiple vaults.

  7. Assign roles and permissions, either for specific vaults or system-wide.

  8. Create entries in Devolutions Hub Business.
