Providers

Providers are required to scan the Active Directory structure, your local network for SSH discovery, SQL accounts, Windows local accounts, or Entra ID users and groups.

Here are the available provider types:

• Managed providers:

  • Domain user

  • Local SSH user

  • SQL Server user

  • Windows user

  • Entra ID user

  • SSH key

  • AWS

  • PostgreSQL user

  • MongoDB user

• Unmanaged providers:

  • MySQL user

  • Cisco user

  • Oracle user

• Custom PAM provider:

  • Windows local accounts

  • Microsoft SQL Server Login

Multiple providers can be created and can reach different domains as long as the Devolutions Server instance can communicate with the domain controller.
