# Recupero del Devolutions Account

Recuperi un Devolutions Account reimpostando la password tramite Devolutions Portal e configurando nuove chiavi di ripristino dell'account.

Gli utenti che hanno perso l'accesso al proprio Devolutions Account possono recuperarlo rapidamente seguendo la procedura di ripristino descritta di seguito:

1. Apra un browser web e vada al [sito web di Devolutions Portal](https://portal.devolutions.com/).
2. Inserisca il suo ***Nome utente*** e clicchi sull'opzione ***Ho dimenticato la password*** per reimpostare la password. Questa operazione invia automaticamente un codice di verifica al suo indirizzo email.
3. Tornato alla schermata di accesso di Devolutions Portal, inserisca il codice che le è stato fornito e selezioni un metodo per recuperare la sua chiave privata. Se non ne ha configurato nessuno, clicchi su ***Non ne ho nessuno***.

5. Configuri un nuovo set di chiavi di ripristino. La verifica in due passaggi è altamente consigliata come metodo per recuperare le chiavi private (***Verifica in due passaggi***, ***Ripristino dell'account*** e ***Codici di ripristino**).*
6. Se questo ripristino riguardava un utente Devolutions Cloud, può essere invitato nuovamente in tutta sicurezza e la sua cassaforte utente verrà ripristinata.
