# Gendannelse af Devolutions Account

Gendan en Devolutions Account ved at nulstille adgangskoden via Devolutions Portal og konfigurere nye nøgler til kontogendannelse.

Brugere, der har mistet adgangen til deres Devolutions Account, kan gendanne den hurtigt ved at følge gendannelsesproceduren nedenfor:

1. Åbn en webbrowser, og gå til [webstedet for Devolutions Portal](https://portal.devolutions.com/).
2. Angiv Deres ***Brugernavn***, og klik på ***Glemt min adgangskode*** for at nulstille adgangskoden. Der sendes automatisk en bekræftelseskode til Deres e-mailadresse.
3. Tilbage på logonskærmen i Devolutions Portal skal De angive den kode, De har fået, og vælge en metode til at hente den private nøgle. Hvis De ikke har konfigureret nogen, skal De klikke på ***Jeg har ingen af disse***.

Gendannelsessættet oprettes, når arbejdsområdet oprettes. Uden det mister De adgangen permanent.</p></div>
4. Vælg en ny ***Adgangskode*** til Deres Devolutions Account. Når adgangskoden er ændret, skal De logge på Devolutions Portal og gå til sektionen ***Logon og sikkerhed***.
5. Konfigurer et nyt sæt gendannelsesnøgler. Totrinsbekræftelse anbefales kraftigt som metode til at gendanne private nøgler (***Totrinsbekræftelse***, ***Kontogendannelse*** og ***Gendannelseskoder***).\_
6. Hvis denne gendannelse gjaldt en bruger af Devolutions Cloud, kan vedkommende trygt inviteres igen, og brugerboksen gendannes.
