Transfer OTP storage in Workspace app

Learn how to transfer OTP storage to a Devolutions Hub Business or Devolutions Server data source in Workspace app.

The same steps apply to both Workspace desktop app and Workspace mobile app.

  1. Open the Workspace app.

  2. Tap Transfer in the Authenticator section.

  1. Select your data source or connect to one.

  2. Tap Transfer to confirm the data source selection. The OTP should now be transferred.

  3. Select the chosen data source.

  4. Tap to view OTPs stored in the data source.

  5. Confirm that the OTPs section loads under the data source.

Expected result

  • The OTPs section is linked to a data source.

  • The message about the Authenticator section being phased out no longer requires action.

  • OTP entries (if any) appear under the selected data source.
