# Manage UniGetUI in your organization

Roll out UniGetUI on many computers, keep risky options locked, and let users install approved apps without administrator rights.

UniGetUI works the same on one computer or on a thousand. These pages are for IT administrators who want to deploy it silently, keep its powerful options under control, and give every workstation the same set of apps.

<table data-view="cards"><thead><tr><th></th><th></th><th data-hidden data-card-target data-type="content-ref"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Deploy UniGetUI silently</strong></td><td>Install it for all users with a script or your software distribution tool.</td><td><a href="/unigetui/for-it-teams/organization/deploy.md">Deploy UniGetUI silently</a></td></tr><tr><td><strong>Lock down risky settings</strong></td><td>Understand what each administrator setting allows, and keep the dangerous ones off.</td><td><a href="/unigetui/for-it-teams/organization/restrict-settings.md">Lock down risky settings</a></td></tr><tr><td><strong>Install approved apps without admin rights</strong></td><td>Let standard users install and update the apps you approve, through Devolutions Agent.</td><td><a href="/unigetui/for-it-teams/organization/devolutions-agent.md">Install approved apps without admin rights</a></td></tr><tr><td><strong>Standardize workstations</strong></td><td>Give every computer the same apps, and keep them up to date on a schedule.</td><td><a href="/unigetui/for-it-teams/organization/standard-workstations.md">Standardize workstations</a></td></tr><tr><td><strong>Use UniGetUI behind a proxy or firewall</strong></td><td>Configure your proxy, know which servers to allow, and avoid updates on metered connections.</td><td><a href="/unigetui/for-it-teams/organization/network-and-proxy.md">Use UniGetUI behind a proxy or firewall</a></td></tr><tr><td><strong>Keep track of what's installed and what changed</strong></td><td>Export app lists to CSV, review the operation history, and collect inventories from a script.</td><td><a href="/unigetui/for-it-teams/organization/inventory-and-audit.md">Keep track of what's installed</a></td></tr></tbody></table>

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.devolutions.net/unigetui/for-it-teams/organization.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
