# Documentation

The ***Documentation*** feature allows to store information regarding entries.

This feature is also available with Devolutions Cloud and SQL Server workspaces.

The ***Documentation*** feature is encrypted only for Devolutions Server and Devolutions Cloud workspaces. If you are using workspaces like SQL Server or Azure SQL, the ***Documentation*** feature is not encrypted.

#### Add a new page

1. Choose the entry and select ***Documentation***.
2. Click ***Add***.

3. ***Name*** the document with a title.
4. Enter the text using ***Markdown*** or ***WYSIWYG***.

5. Click ***Save*** to create your documentation page.
