# Connection issues when switching network

### Scenario 1

When switching your computer from a wired network to wifi, Remote Desktop Manager and Devolutions Password Manager disconnect from Devolutions Server and you have to reconnect.

### Scenario 2

If you have multiple different public IP addresses, Remote Desktop Manager and Devolutions Password Manager are not able to connect to Devolutions Server.

### Solution

To prevent this behaviour, go to the Devolutions Server web interface and, under ***Administration – Server Settings – Security***, disable ***Force token public IP validation***.
