# Impossibile accedere a un account Devolutions Server

Impossibile accedere a un account Devolutions Server e viene visualizzato il messaggio di errore ***Invalid username/password*** o ***COMException - The user name or password is incorrect***.

### Soluzione

Con l'accesso a un utente locale di Devolutions Server per connettersi all'interfaccia web:

1. Vada su ***Administration – Server Settings – Authentication – Domain***.
2. Si assicuri che le credenziali di amministrazione siano configurate: ***VaultADReader*** in [Pre-Deployment Account Survey](/server/it/knowledge-base/knowledge-base-articles/pre-deployment-account-survey.md).
3. Una volta salvate, dovrebbe essere in grado di connettersi utilizzando le credenziali AD.

Senza l'accesso a un utente locale di Devolutions Server:

1. Scarichi una versione precedente della Devolutions Server Console.
2. Disinstalli prima la nuova Devolutions Server Console (dal pannello di controllo) e la installi.
3. Potrà fare clic sul pulsante utente nella barra superiore per creare un account (con diritti di amministratore) e quindi autenticarsi con tale utente.
