# Devolutions Server non disponibile dopo il riavvio

È possibile che il SQL Server in cui si trova il suo Devolutions Server non sia ancora attivo e in esecuzione al momento dell'avvio dell'istanza di Devolutions Server. Di conseguenza, il servizio scheduler o l'applicazione web Devolutions Server non riesce a connettersi al database e restituisce un messaggio di errore che nei registri eventi di Windows può apparire così:

The DevolutionsSchedulerService (DVLS) service terminated with the following error:\
`An exception occurred in the service when handling the control request.`

#### Soluzione

Esegua i comandi seguenti per configurare il servizio scheduler di Devolutions Server e W3SVC (essenziale per il funzionamento di IIS) in modo che dipendano da SQL Server. Questa modifica garantisce che avvieranno il loro processo di avvio solo dopo che SQL Server sarà completamente avviato.

* Servizio scheduler di Devolutions Server: `sc config <Devolutions Scheduler Service Name> depend= "<your SQL Server Instance service>"`
* W3SVC: `sc config W3SVC depend= "WAS/HTTP/<your SQL Server Instance service>"`\
  Noti la presenza di WAS e HTTP, che sono dipendenze predefinite di W3SVC.

Per cancellare le dipendenze dei servizi: `sc config <service name> depend= ""`
