# CryptographicException - Bad Data

L'errore `CryptographicException - Bad Data` in Devolutions Server è causato da una chiave di sessione non valida. Per correggere questo messaggio di errore, pulisca l'archiviazione locale del browser.

Le istruzioni seguenti sono i passaggi da eseguire nel browser Google Chrome.

1. Apra una pagina del browser Google Chrome.
2. Apra la console di Google Chrome premendo il tasto F12.

3. Selezioni ***Application*** nel menu superiore della console.

4. Selezioni ***Local Storage*** nel menu di sinistra della console.

5. Faccia clic con il pulsante destro del mouse sul suo sito o sui suoi siti e clicchi su ***Clear*** per eliminare l'archiviazione locale.
