# Problemi di connessione durante il cambio di rete

### Scenario 1

Quando si passa il computer da una rete cablata al wifi, Remote Desktop Manager e Devolutions Password Manager si disconnettono da Devolutions Server ed è necessario riconnettersi.

### Scenario 2

Se dispone di più indirizzi IP pubblici diversi, Remote Desktop Manager e Devolutions Password Manager non riescono a connettersi a Devolutions Server.

### Soluzione

Per evitare questo comportamento, acceda all'interfaccia web di Devolutions Server e, in ***Administration – Server Settings – Security***, disabiliti ***Force token public IP validation***.
