# Cannot read property 'enableInternetAccess' of null

Dopo la creazione di un'istanza di Devolutions Server, quando si tenta di aprire la pagina web, nel browser viene visualizzato il seguente errore:

Cannot read property 'enableInternetAccess' of null
```

### Soluzione <a href="#solution" id="solution"></a>

Questo problema si verifica normalmente quando l'opzione Integrated Security è impostata nella scheda Database delle impostazioni di Devolutions Server.

Per risolvere il problema, l'account di servizio dell'Application Pool IIS di Devolutions Server e l'account di servizio del DevolutionsSchedulerService nei servizi necessitano dell'autorizzazione di lettura sul file **encryption.config** che si trova nella sottocartella App\_Data della cartella dell'applicazione web di Devolutions Server.

Per accedere alla cartella dell'applicazione web, può utilizzare il pulsante ***Explore*** dalla Devolutions Server Console.
