# Disabilitare la cache degli utenti e dei gruppi di utenti dell'autenticazione Microsoft

Quando si creano o si aggiornano le informazioni di utenti e gruppi in Entra ID, l'aggiornamento della ***cache degli utenti e dei gruppi di utenti dell'autenticazione Microsoft*** in Devolutions Server può richiedere parecchio tempo (a volte un giorno intero!) se il tenant di Entra ID contiene un numero elevato di utenti e gruppi.

Quando si abilita l'autenticazione Microsoft durante la creazione di una nuova istanza di Devolutions Server, la funzionalità di cache viene disabilitata per non ostacolare l'importazione di utenti e gruppi.

La cache è abilitata per impostazione predefinita. Per avere l'opzione di disabilitare questa funzionalità, è necessario aggiornare Devolutions Server a una versione successiva.

Per fare in modo che Devolutions Server interagisca direttamente con Entra ID senza basarsi sulla propria ***cache degli utenti e dei gruppi di utenti dell'autenticazione Microsoft***, segua i passaggi seguenti:

1. Vada in ***Administration*** – ***Server settings*** – ***Authentication*** e clicchi sull'icona ***Microsoft authentication*** sotto l'intestazione ***Configuration***.

2. Quindi, deselezioni le opzioni ***Enable cache feature*** e clicchi sul pulsante ***Save*** (icona del dischetto).
