# Gestione utenti

La gestione utenti in Devolutions Server riguarda il modo in cui le identità e i gruppi vengono creati, mappati verso directory esterne e autorizzati ad accedere a casseforti e voci. Le pagine Utenti e Gruppi di utenti consentono agli amministratori di importare account dai provider di identità supportati, assegnare ruoli di sicurezza e controllare i requisiti di autenticazione a più fattori, mentre l'accesso e la proprietà delle casseforti determinano chi può gestire specifici compartimenti di dati. Progettare i gruppi in base alle funzioni lavorative anziché ai singoli individui mantiene le autorizzazioni facilmente gestibili e semplifica l'audit su chi può raggiungere i sistemi sensibili.

Ad esempio, un gruppo "Service desk L1" potrebbe ottenere l'accesso in sola lettura alle casseforti di supporto, mentre "Infrastructure admins" riceve diritti più ampi oltre alle funzionalità di accesso privilegiato.
