# Cerca

La ricerca in Devolutions Server aiuta gli utenti a individuare rapidamente voci, cartelle e casseforti in base a nomi, metadati e campi personalizzati. La barra di ricerca principale supporta filtri sul tipo di voce e su campi come asset tag, numero di serie o numero contabile, mentre le opzioni avanzate consentono di delimitare l'ambito per cassaforte o cartella per ridurre il rumore negli ambienti di grandi dimensioni. Poiché la ricerca rispetta le autorizzazioni, gli utenti vedono solo i risultati relativi agli elementi che sono autorizzati a visualizzare, il che mantiene la ricerca rapida senza divulgare informazioni sensibili.

Un analista dell'help desk potrebbe cercare un laptop tramite l'asset tag, aprire la relativa voce informativa e passare quindi direttamente alla sessione di supporto remoto associata.
