# Licenze

Le licenze in Devolutions Server controllano quali funzionalità sono disponibili e quanti utenti possono accedervi all'interno del deployment. Tramite Amministrazione - Licenze, gli amministratori registrano i seriali, li assegnano automaticamente o per utente e gestiscono tipi di licenza speciali, come workforce password management, che si applicano a livello di sistema anziché ai singoli individui. Le licenze stesse vengono acquistate e rinnovate in Devolutions Portal, quindi sincronizzate con Devolutions Server per l'applicazione e la creazione di report.

Un flusso di lavoro tipico consiste nell'aggiungere una nuova licenza dopo un aggiornamento, assegnarla automaticamente a tutti gli utenti attivi e quindi utilizzare i report per confermare il consumo prima del rinnovo successivo.
