# Devolutions Gateway con Devolutions Server

Devolutions Gateway con Devolutions Server fornisce un accesso remoto just-in-time inoltrando le sessioni approvate ai sistemi interni senza esporli direttamente a Internet. Devolutions Server autorizza ogni connessione, trasmette un token a Devolutions Gateway e registra la sessione risultante, in modo che gli amministratori dispongano di una traccia di audit completa di chi si è connesso, quando e a cosa. Rispetto alle VPN tradizionali o a RD Gateway, questa configurazione offre un ambito più ristretto, una distribuzione più semplice e una migliore integrazione con la gestione delle password e il check-out degli account privilegiati.

In pratica, un utente fa clic su una voce RDP nell'interfaccia web, Devolutions Server convalida le autorizzazioni e Devolutions Gateway apre un tunnel di breve durata solo per quella sessione.
