# Problèmes de connexion lors du changement de réseau

Résout les déconnexions de Remote Desktop Manager et Devolutions Password Manager de Devolutions Server lors du changement de réseau ou de l'utilisation de plusieurs adresses IP publiques.

### Scénario 1

Lorsque vous faites passer votre ordinateur d'un réseau filaire au wifi, Remote Desktop Manager et Devolutions Password Manager se déconnectent de Devolutions Server et vous devez vous reconnecter.

### Scénario 2

Si vous avez plusieurs adresses IP publiques différentes, Remote Desktop Manager et Devolutions Password Manager ne peuvent pas se connecter à Devolutions Server.

### Solution

Pour empêcher ce comportement, allez dans l'interface web de Devolutions Server et, sous ***Administration – Paramètres du serveur – Sécurité***, désactivez ***Forcer la validation de l'IP publique du jeton***.
