# Cannot read property 'enableInternetAccess' of null

Après la création d'une instance Devolutions Server, lorsque vous tentez d'ouvrir la page web, l'erreur suivante s'affiche dans le navigateur :

Cannot read property 'enableInternetAccess' of null
```

### Solution <a href="#solution" id="solution"></a>

Ce problème survient généralement lorsque l'option Integrated Security est définie dans l'onglet Database des paramètres de Devolutions Server.

Pour résoudre le problème, le compte de service du pool d'applications IIS de Devolutions Server et le compte de service du DevolutionsSchedulerService dans les services doivent disposer de l'autorisation de lecture sur le fichier **encryption.config** situé dans le sous-dossier App\_Data du dossier de l'application web Devolutions Server.

Pour accéder au dossier de l'application web, vous pouvez utiliser le bouton ***Explore*** depuis la Devolutions Server Console.
