# Cannot read property 'enableInternetAccess' of null

Après la création d'une instance Devolutions Server, lorsque vous tentez d'ouvrir la page web, l'erreur suivante s'affiche dans le navigateur :

```

Ce problème se produit normalement lorsque l'option Integrated Security est définie dans l'onglet Base de données des paramètres de Devolutions Server.

Pour résoudre le problème, le compte de service du pool d'applications IIS de Devolutions Server et le compte de service du DevolutionsSchedulerService dans les services ont besoin de l'autorisation de lecture sur le fichier **encryption.config** qui se trouve dans le sous-dossier App\_Data du dossier de l'application web Devolutions Server.

Pour naviguer vers le dossier de l'application web, vous pouvez utiliser le bouton ***Explorer*** de la Console Devolutions Server.
