# No se puede iniciar sesión en una cuenta de Devolutions Server

No se puede iniciar sesión en una cuenta de Devolutions Server y se recibe el mensaje de error ***Invalid username/password*** o ***COMException - The user name or password is incorrect***.

### Solución

Con acceso a un usuario local de Devolutions Server para conectarse a la interfaz web:

1. Vaya a ***Administration – Server Settings – Authentication – Domain***.
2. Asegúrese de que las credenciales de administración estén configuradas: ***VaultADReader*** en [Encuesta de cuentas previa al despliegue](/server/es/knowledge-base/knowledge-base-articles/pre-deployment-account-survey.md).
3. Una vez guardado, debería poder conectarse utilizando las credenciales de AD.

Sin acceso a un usuario local de Devolutions Server:

1. Descargue una versión anterior de Devolutions Server Console.
2. Desinstale primero la nueva Devolutions Server Console (desde el panel de control) e instálela.
3. Podrá hacer clic en el botón de usuario de la barra superior para crear una cuenta (con derechos de administrador) y, a continuación, autenticarse con ese usuario.
