# La conexión a la base de datos de Maintenance Tool no es válida

Este mensaje de error se produce al intentar realizar cambios en la Devolutions Server Console sin poder acceder al fichero `encryption.config`:

### Solución

1. Abra el símbolo del sistema y escriba `whoamI`. Puede que simplemente esté conectado como un usuario sin permiso para acceder al fichero de cifrado.
2. Asegúrese de tener el permiso ***Read*** en el fichero `encryption.config` ubicado en `C:\inetpub\wwwroot\dvls\App_Data`.
3. Una vez concedido el permiso correcto, reinicie la Devolutions Server Console.
