# Registro del sitio web de IIS

Describe los campos de registro recomendados del sitio web de IIS y el registro de eventos de reciclaje del grupo de aplicaciones para solucionar problemas de rendimiento de Devolutions Server.

Esta es la descripción de la configuración deseada cuando solucionamos un problema de rendimiento/conectividad relacionado con la aplicación cliente.

### Registro del sitio web de IIS

1. Abra el Administrador de IIS y vaya a la configuración de ***Registro***.

2. Haga clic en ***Seleccionar campos***.

3. Recomendamos que, como mínimo, se seleccionen los siguientes campos:
   * Hora (`time`)
   * Dirección IP del cliente (`c-ip`)
   * Nombre de usuario (`cs-username`)
   * Dirección IP del servidor (`s-ip`)
   * Puerto del servidor (`s-port`)
   * Método (`cs-method`)
   * Raíz del URI (`cs-uri-stem`)
   * Consulta del URI (`cs-uri-query`)
   * Estado del protocolo (`sc-status`)
   * Subestado del protocolo (`sc-substatus`)
   * Estado Win32 (`sc-win32-status`)
   * Tiempo empleado (`time-taken`)
   * Agente de usuario (`cs(User-Agent)`)
   * Referer (`cs(Referer)`)

### Reciclaje del grupo de aplicaciones

El grupo de aplicaciones que en realidad ejecuta la instancia puede reiniciarse por multitud de razones. Puede resultar útil saber cuándo se producen esos reciclajes, así como los motivos. Vaya a la sección ***Grupos de aplicaciones*** del Administrador de IIS y, a continuación, abra la ***Configuración avanzada*** de su grupo de aplicaciones. Active todos los ***Eventos de reciclaje***; se creará una entrada de registro en el ***Registro de eventos de Windows***.
