# CryptographicException - Bad Data

El error `CryptographicException - Bad Data` en Devolutions Server se debe a una clave de sesión no válida. Para corregir este mensaje de error, borre el almacenamiento local del navegador.

Las siguientes instrucciones son los pasos a seguir en el navegador Google Chrome.

1. Abra una página del navegador Google Chrome.
2. Abra la consola de Google Chrome pulsando la tecla F12.

3. Seleccione ***Application*** en el menú superior de la consola.

4. Seleccione ***Local Storage*** en el menú izquierdo de la consola.

5. Haga clic con el botón derecho en su sitio o sitios y haga clic en ***Clear*** para eliminar el almacenamiento local.
