# Volver a una instalación anterior de Devolutions Server

Ha realizado una actualización de Devolutions Server o la máquina de alojamiento ha fallado, pero, por cualquier motivo, desea volver a la versión anterior que estaba ejecutando.

### Solución

El cliente necesitaría estos ficheros para poder restaurar Devolutions Server a la versión anterior:

* Copia de seguridad funcional de la base de datos.
* Copia de seguridad del fichero de claves de cifrado.
* Instalador de Devolutions Server Console y ficheros zip sin conexión correspondientes a la versión que se estaba ejecutando antes del fallo. Estos ficheros se pueden solicitar a nuestro equipo de soporte al cliente.

Estos son los pasos que hay que seguir:

1. Restaure la base de datos SQL.
2. Instale la versión anterior funcional de Devolutions Server Console.
3. Cree una nueva instancia de Devolutions Server y conéctela a la base de datos restaurada. Utilice los pasos 3 a 6 de la siguiente [página](/server/es/getting-started/installation/devolutions-server-instance-creation.md).
4. Seleccione el fichero zip sin conexión y configure los parámetros de destino de instalación.
5. Haga clic en el botón de instalación para importar las claves de cifrado.
6. Para finalizar la instalación, cierre la ventana.
