# Gestión de usuarios

La gestión de usuarios en Devolutions Server abarca cómo se crean las identidades y los grupos, cómo se asignan a directorios externos y cómo se les concede acceso a bóvedas y entradas. Las páginas Usuarios y Grupos de usuarios permiten a los administradores importar cuentas desde proveedores de identidad compatibles, asignar roles de seguridad y controlar los requisitos multifactor, mientras que el acceso y la propiedad de las bóvedas determinan quién puede gestionar compartimentos específicos de datos. Diseñar los grupos en torno a funciones laborales en lugar de personas concretas mantiene los permisos fáciles de gestionar y facilita auditar quién puede acceder a los sistemas sensibles.

Por ejemplo, un grupo «Service desk L1» podría obtener acceso de solo lectura a las bóvedas de soporte, mientras que «Administradores de infraestructura» recibirían derechos más amplios además de funciones de acceso privilegiado.
