# Integraciones PAM externas

Las integraciones PAM externas permiten que Devolutions Server y Remote Desktop Manager funcionen con plataformas de gestión de accesos privilegiados de terceros en lugar de almacenar todas las credenciales privilegiadas localmente. Remote Desktop Manager solicita las credenciales al PAM externo justo a tiempo y las inyecta en las sesiones, mientras que Devolutions Server centraliza la intermediación de sesiones, las aprobaciones y la auditoría de quién utilizó cada cuenta. Este enfoque permite que las organizaciones que ya dependen de herramientas como CyberArk u otras soluciones PAM mantengan su ciclo de vida de credenciales existente, al tiempo que adoptan Devolutions Server y Devolutions PAM como una capa unificada de acceso, registro y aplicación de políticas.
