# Gesperrte Benutzer

Der Bereich ***Gesperrte Benutzer*** ermöglicht Administratoren die Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, die nach zu vielen fehlgeschlagenen Anmeldeversuchen gesperrt wurden.

Die automatische Kontosperrung ist standardmäßig deaktiviert. Um diese Sicherheitsmaßnahme zu aktivieren, gehen Sie zu ***Administration*** – ***Servereinstellungen*** – ***Sicherheit***, aktivieren Sie ***Automatische Kontosperrung aktivieren*** und legen Sie eine ***Anzahl der Versuche*** fest.

Sobald ein Benutzer von seinem Konto ausgeschlossen wurde, kann ihm nur ein Administrator wieder Zugriff gewähren. Gehen Sie dazu zu ***Administration – Gesperrte Benutzer*** und klicken Sie auf das Symbol ***Benutzer entsperren*** (Vorhängeschloss) neben dem Namen des Benutzers.
