# Anmeldung bei einem Devolutions Server-Konto nicht möglich

Anmeldung bei einem Devolutions Server-Konto nicht möglich und Erhalt der Fehlermeldung ***Invalid username/password*** oder ***COMException - The user name or password is incorrect***.

### Lösung

Mit Zugriff auf einen lokalen Devolutions Server-Benutzer zur Verbindung mit der Weboberfläche:

1. Gehen Sie zu ***Administration – Server Settings – Authentication – Domain***.
2. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Administrations-Anmeldeinformationen konfiguriert sind: ***VaultADReader*** in [Pre-Deployment Account Survey](/server/de/knowledge-base/knowledge-base-articles/pre-deployment-account-survey.md).
3. Nach dem Speichern sollten Sie sich mit AD-Anmeldeinformationen verbinden können.

Ohne Zugriff auf einen lokalen Devolutions Server-Benutzer:

1. Laden Sie eine ältere Version der Devolutions Server Console herunter.
2. Deinstallieren Sie zuerst die neue Devolutions Server Console (über die Systemsteuerung) und installieren Sie sie.
3. Sie können auf die Benutzerschaltfläche in der oberen Leiste klicken, um ein Konto (mit Administratorrechten) zu erstellen, und sich dann mit diesem Benutzer authentifizieren.
