# IIS-Website-Protokollierung

Beschreibt empfohlene Protokollierungsfelder für IIS-Websites und die Protokollierung von Ereignissen beim Recycling des Anwendungspools zur Fehlerbehebung bei Leistungsproblemen von Devolutions Serve

Hier finden Sie die Beschreibung der gewünschten Einstellungen, wenn wir ein Leistungs-/Konnektivitätsproblem im Zusammenhang mit der Client-Anwendung beheben.

### IIS-Website-Protokollierung

1. Öffnen Sie den IIS-Manager und gehen Sie zu den Einstellungen ***Protokollierung***.

2. Klicken Sie auf ***Felder auswählen***.

3. Wir empfehlen, mindestens die folgenden Felder auszuwählen:
   * Uhrzeit (`time`)
   * Client-IP-Adresse (`c-ip`)
   * Benutzername (`cs-username`)
   * Server-IP-Adresse (`s-ip`)
   * Serverport (`s-port`)
   * Methode (`cs-method`)
   * URI-Stamm (`cs-uri-stem`)
   * URI-Abfrage (`cs-uri-query`)
   * Protokollstatus (`sc-status`)
   * Protokoll-Unterstatus (`sc-substatus`)
   * Win32-Status (`sc-win32-status`)
   * Benötigte Zeit (`time-taken`)
   * Benutzeragent (`cs(User-Agent)`)
   * Referer (`cs(Referer)`)

### Recycling des Anwendungspools

Der Anwendungspool, der die Instanz tatsächlich ausführt, kann aus einer Vielzahl von Gründen neu gestartet werden. Es kann nützlich sein zu wissen, wann diese Recyclings auftreten und aus welchen Gründen. Gehen Sie in den Bereich ***Anwendungspools*** des IIS-Managers und öffnen Sie dann die ***Erweiterten Einstellungen*** für Ihren Anwendungspool. Aktivieren Sie alle ***Recyclingereignisse***, dadurch wird ein Protokolleintrag im ***Windows-Ereignisprotokoll*** erstellt.
